Summary: In this session we will discuss social accountability initiatives to improve delivery of health services incorporating perspectives from academics and practitioners. The aim of the session will be to explore different modes of social accountability approaches, to discuss empirical evidence on their effectiveness, and to share good practice and innovative approaches among practitioners.
